Jeremy Ghez, Affiliate Professor of Economics and International Affairs at HEC Paris won with the case 'The Economics of Amazon' in the category 'Economics, Politics and Business Environment ' at The Case Centre Awards and Competitions 2016.

Sam Aflaki and Andrea Masini, both HEC Paris professors in the operations management and information technology department, have won First Place in the 2014 NextBillion Case Writing Competition which recognizes and publishes the best written case studies about business strategies aimed at alleviating poverty, especially in the developing world. This year’s competition attracted 52 entries representing 34 universities and 15 countries.
