Biographie

Nils Plambeck, Professeur Associé, a obtenu un Doctorat rer. pol. de l'Université de Hambourg, où il a effectué ses études avant d'y enseigner au sein du programme de troisième cycle. Ses domaines de recherche comprennent les processus de sensemaking, le changement organisationnel et l'entreprenariat d'entreprise. Actuellement, il travaille sur les antécédents des processus de sensemaking et l'influence des processus de sensemaking sur les actions entrepreneuriales des sociétés.
