These jobs are relevant for your professional development as they allow you to work closely with a professor on course development, delivery, and administration, as well as on specific parts of the research process (literature review, coding, analyzing data, etc.). It will help you expand your knowledge about topics and methods that you can benefit from as a teacher and researcher. In addition, TA/RA jobs help you earn extra income.
