Biography
Nicole Ferry-Maccario holds degrees in Law. She teaches Law and International Contracts, Creation Law and Marketing Law.
Her current research interests include Intellectual Property Law and the legal consequences of product dematerialisation. She has written several books, including Le Droit du Marketing, which received the 2009 Medal of the Academy of Commercial Science.She is the Scientific Director of the Media, Art and Creation Major and Specialized Master. She has acted as visiting Professor for several international institutions (Luigi Bocconi in Milan, SISU in Shanghaï).
She has acted as Deputy Director of the HEC MBA program as well as Deputy Director of the Grande Ecole program.
