Nicole Stolowy, Expert in the World Justice Project's Justice Evaluation Initiative in Europe
Nicole Stolowy, Law Professor at HEC Paris, has been appointed as an expert by the World Justice Project to participate in their new project to evaluate justice in Europe.
The World Justice Project (WJP), with the support of the European Commission, has launched an innovative project to assess justice, governance, and the rule of law at the regional level across all European Union (EU) member states.
This project, based on the methodology used by the WJP in 140 countries to assess the rule of law, will gather original and independent data based on the experiences and perceptions of the public, as well as those of lawyers and experts such as Professor Stolowy. Nicole Stolowy's contribution, as a WJP member globally for seven years, is crucial for enhancing the depth and accuracy of their assessments, particularly concerning France.
The project aims to identify strengths and weaknesses in the 110 regions across all EU member states and to develop policies that promote justice, governance, and the rule of law.
