Fees and financing

The cost of the 3-day in-person program is €950 plus a non-refundable application fee of €30.

Participants are responsible for organizing their own transport, accommodation, and lunch.

The application fee will be waived for past participants of an HEC Paris Youth Program and for students who have a parent or grandparent who attended HEC Paris.

Students who have a parent or grandparent who attended HEC Paris will also be eligible for a 10% discount on their fees.

Please note that any reductions are not combinable.

Scholarship Details for 2025

A limited number of merit-based scholarships of €200 are available. To be considered for a scholarship, please also submit a personal statement in the Essays section of your application file before the deadline. In exceptional cases this scholarship may be doubled. 

Details of Reductions for 2025

The application fee is waived and a 10% reduction on our academic fees granted​​​​​ for the following groups of people:

• HEC Paris alumni, their children or grandchildren
• Former participants of the HEC Paris Youth Programs
• Siblings of a current HEC Paris student
