I always wanted to get some fresh insights from experts and get our service checked by them. Thanks to mentors who listened to my concerns sincerely and guided me with new insights I had never tried. After the mentorship, we improved:

  1. Consistency - Our site now shows only one currency based on the users IP address (e.g., showing Euro to France users) 

  2. Emphasizing the brand on the landing page (hyping our phrase - 'We bring Korea to you' + writing who we are on the homepage + Improving 'Our story' page) 

  3. Added icon navigation on the header (For better product navigating experience / rounded the decimals of prices / narrowing down the number of principal menu navigations from 9 to 6) 

  4. Translated content on the site to French/Germany/Spanish - 90% are done, working on more natural expression.
