Students must pay the tuition of the school where they are in residence, and that school will independently allocate any scholarships or financial aid to the student for its program.

The annual HEC Student service fees and Administrative fees (€ 1950 + € 950) are payable for any additional year until graduation.

HEC Foundation Excellence Scholarships have been made possible thanks to the considerable support from the community of alumni and businesses related to the HEC Paris Foundation.  

Eligibility: All candidates with a non-French diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree).  

Process: All candidates with a non-French diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) admitted to our master’s programs are automatically considered for HEC Foundation Excellence scholarship. No additional document is required.  

Deadline: Results from this scholarship are announced by email to all laureates within 1 week after admission results are published. 

HEC Foundation Excellence Scholarships' final decision is based on academic excellence, the overall strength of the application, the results of the selection interview, and the candidate’s GMAT/GRE/TAGE-MAGE performance. Scholarships are deducted from tuition fees. 

HEC Paris offers high-potential female candidates up to €15,000 every year to fund their studies.  

Eligibility:  

The Women's High Potential Scholarship is only open to female applicants. 
Candidates of all nationalities and programs will be considered automatically upon admission. 

Assessment criteria: 

Candidates will be assessed on their academic excellence and leadership potential, evaluated in their transcript, resumé, and interview.  

Publication of results:  

Results from this scholarship are announced by email to all laureates within 1 week after admission results are published.

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education establishments to attract top international students to their master’s and PhD programs. On the masters level, the scholarship encourages applications from emerging countries to shape the future decision-makers of the private and public sectors in priority areas of study. 

How to apply: 

Only candidates applying to Round 1 for 2024/2025 intake will be considered.

Eligibility: 

  • Candidates aged 25 years old or below 
  • Non-French nationality candidates only (applicants with dual nationality, one of which is French, are not eligible). Candidates already studying in France are not eligible.
  • Candidates already studying in France are not eligible.
  • Candidates who have already been awarded the Eiffel scholarship at master’s level or another French government scholarship will not be accepted (not eligible at the same level, but can nevertheless reapply at a doctoral level). 
  • Candidates who have applied previously and been rejected are not eligible, even if their application is submitted by a different establishment or in another field of study. 
  • The Eiffel scholarship can not be combined with any other French government scholarship or award

Eiffel Scholarship applicants who have been pre-selected by HEC Paris will be informed by mid-January.

Grant:  

Monthly allowance of €1181. The scholarship also covers: one international return ticket, social security and cultural activities. 

Publication of results:  

The list of laureates will be published on the Campus France website in April 2024.

The Imagine Fellowship supports future leaders from war-affected nations to embark on studies at HEC Paris. It aims to promote peace and tolerance, diversity, inclusion and harmony between communities.  

A scholarship will be attributed to outstanding candidates applying to the HEC Paris master’s programs from countries or states that have been affected by war and/or armed conflict. 

Application process:  

Candidates have the choice to apply to one of four admission sessions. When completing their application, they can select to apply to a need-based scholarship which will open the Need-Based Scholarship Form in their Applicant Space. They will have until the Admissibility results publication date of the round to which they applied to complete the form. All scholarship forms completed after the deadline will not be considered. Imagine Fellow applicants must also submit a 350-word response touching on the two following prompts: 

  • What makes you an ambassador of Business & Peace?  
  • What initiatives would you implement on the HEC Paris campus linked to the issues around Business &  Peace?

The CMA CGM Group, a world leader in shipping and logistics, and the HEC Foundation together offer a scholarship dedicated to supporting talented Lebanese students with limited financial means. The scholarship covers a part of the total tuition fees and living costs in a single deduction payment at the start of our master's programs.  

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Lebanese national (multinational candidates, of which one nationality is French, are not eligible)  
  • Completed most recent studies in Lebanon   
  • Relevant social criteria

Eligibility: Candidates to the Data / Science focused programs : Msc Data Science for Business, Double Degree Data & Finance  

Process: All candidates that are admitted  to the eligible programs  are automatically considered for XTX Markets - HEC Data/Science Scholarships. No additional document is required.    

Deadline: Results from this scholarship are announced by email to all laureates within 1 week after admission results are published   The decision is based on Diversity  and  Academic excellence, thus on the overall strength of the application, previous academic performances, the candidate’s GMAT/GRE/TAGE-MAGE performance, the results of the selection interview…  The awarded Scholarships will be automatically deducted from HEC Paris’ tuition fees.

The "France Excellence Europa” scholarship is awarded based on academic excellence and is in line with the strategic priorities of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. Applications are pre-selected by the college relations teams at the French embassies. The applications are then evaluated within the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs by collaboration specialists from the eligible fields.  

The application process and documents to use are detailed on this link, and the deadline to apply is the 29th of March 2024.  

Timeline ·        

  • Pre-selection of candidates by French embassies: March 30 - April 12, 2024
  • Candidate selection committees: April 15 - April 26, 2024
  • Notification of results (subject to admission) to the main list and to the complementary list : starting from April 29, 2024
  • Completion of the final list : July 2024  

Candidates must send their applications electronically to the French Embassy in their country of nationality. List of email addresses by country available at the bottom of this page. The scholarship is awarded for a period of a maximum of 12 months when enrolling in M2, or a maximum of 24 months when enrolling in M1.  

The "France Excellence Europa" scholarship does not cover course fees, nor the cost of international or national transportation but it has benefits such as

  • Payment of a half-yearly allowance of €6,850
  • Payment of an installation allowance of €1,700
  • Exemption from registration fees for national diplomas in universities and public institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education
  • Priority assistance in finding accommodations in CROUS university residences (rent to be paid by the scholarship holder)
  • Enrollment in an insurance plan during the first three months of your stay in France (pending enrollment in the general social security system) for non-European Health Insurance Card holders
  • Enrollment in supplemental health insurance
  • Exemption from the CVEC - Contribution de Vie Etudiante et de Campus
  • Special discounts on cultural activities organized by Campus France.

Eligibility

  • Being a national of one of the 26 European Union member states
  • Students of French nationality, including bi-nationals, are not eligible for the program.
  • Being between 18 and 26 years old at the time of the beginning of your stay in France
  • Being admitted to a French higher education institution in Master’s 1 or Master’s 2 for the 2024-25 academic year
  • Not being the holder of a French Higher education degree or not being currently registered in France for a Higher education degree
  • Not be the recipient of an Erasmus +, AUF or other French ministry scholarship.

The Volkswagen HEC Women in Leadership Scholarship is a financial award designed to support female students who demonstrate leadership potential, particularly within the automotive industry. It is a partnership initiative between HEC Paris and Volkswagen.
 
Who is it for?
This scholarship is exclusively for women who are proficient in German. It is available for all master's programs at HEC Paris.
 
What's the amount?
The scholarship amount ranges from €5,000 to €15,000.
 
What's the selection process?
Applicants must submit a 350-word motivation essay related to the automotive industry. A jury reviews these essays upon admission and selects candidates based on their motivation and alignment with the objectives of the scholarship. The results are typically published in the week following the admission results.
 
When can we expect an answer?
The answer regarding the scholarship application can be expected in the week following the publication of the admission results for the respective round.
 
What is the application process?
To apply, students must submit their 350-word motivation essay as a PDF to info-masters@hec.fr on the day the admissibility results are published for the round they applied to. This scholarship aims to support excellence among German-speaking female students at HEC Paris and is made possible through the partnership with Volkswagen.

Furthermore, information sessions with bank representatives are organized on campus every year during the first 3 weeks of September.

Finally, the European Commission Erasmus+ Program allows students following a master abroad to benefit from soft loans until 18.000€ (2-year programs). To be eligible students must live in a programme country and their study destination cannot be in their country of residence or the country where they received their first qualification. Lendwise

Lendwise is a specialist loan provider based in the UK which is dedicated to education finance for individuals who are looking to fund their studies at world-class universities. 

Lendwise’s aim is to enable access to education through its affordable and flexible student loans that come with a fixed interest rate and no early repayment penalties.  Interest rates are personalized and depend on an applicant’s overall profile including future earning potential, and the application process is entirely online. Full-time program students have access to a grace period that allows for repayment to start after graduation. 

All postgraduate courses at HEC, on both full time and part-time basis, are eligible.   UK, EU, and North American nationals are eligible for a Lendwise Loan. For other nationalities, Lendwise will review your application on a case-by-case basis.

HEC's Indian admits and applicants are able to access 90% of the education loan lending market with a click of a button via GradRight's Fundright platform. Loans are offered to Indian nationals on FundRight by banks, NBFCs, and international lenders.
