Admissions Admissions
You can apply throughout the year, to begin your Executive MBA journey. Our rolling admissions process guarantees you a quick response to your application. You will know if you have been admitted to the program within 2-4 weeks after your application submission.
HOW DO I APPLY?
If you are looking for feedback on your HEC Paris EMBA potential or want more information about the program, please take a few minutes to introduce yourself. You can also attach your CV and use the comment box to tell us more and/or ask questions.
In the following days, you will receive personalized feedback and next steps from your region's Marketing & Recruitment Manager. You will also receive information on invite-only networking events in your city. The information you enter will not affect your formal application with us.
Before applying, decide which deadline you wish to apply for, and submit your application and essays before that date in order to be considered. If you submit an incomplete application, this will cause a delay, and you may be notified that you have been moved to the next jury.
Use our online application system to submit your application. An auto-save system is in place so that you can manage and edit your application at your own pace. We double check our received applications to ensure that they are both complete and accurate.
The Admissions Board will then meet for a Pre-Selection Jury, where they will examine your application in detail. During the Pre-Selection Jury, we will consider all of the formal aspects of your application: your educational background, professional experience and international exposure, as well as your recommendations. Your application must demonstrate your motivation to succeed and clear reasoning for applying to the HEC Paris EMBA. All of these aspects are taken into consideration when deciding who to invite for the interview process.
If you successfully pass the Pre-Selection Jury, you will be invited for two interviews with EMBA alumni.
The interviews are a great way for us to assess your communication skills, leadership potential, aspirations and values, as well as how you will fit into the culture at HEC Paris. The interviews are in English. If you have opted for the In-House management test, this will happen during one of your two interviews.
Once the interview has been completed, our Admissions Jury will then meet to review your application. The Admissions Jury is an official meeting attended by Representatives of the French Ministry of Education, HEC Paris Alumni and the EMBA Faculty, as well as the Dean of the HEC Paris EMBA. They will review every aspect of your application, your letters of recommendation and your performance during the interview.
This meeting has three possible outcomes for your application: you may be admitted into the program, not admitted, or placed on the official waiting list. You will be informed of the jury's decision within hours. We hold 10 Admissions Juries each year.
One of our Admissions representatives will notify you of your acceptance into the program.
