Capstone Project
The Capstone Project is the final step of the EMBA program. It is a comprehensive exercise, one that is carried out over a period of 10 to 12 months during the program, during which participants answer a strategic question from a company (either new or existing). At the end, participants will write a 35-page report (20 pages of core document and 15 pages of methodology) and present their topic during an oral presentation in front of a jury.
What is the Capstone Project?
The Capstone Project puts your leadership skills to the test, giving students the opportunity to apply, integrate and synthesize their knowledge to a real business challenge.
The project is an analysis and implementation of a meaningful strategic question.
Your project will leverage your EMBA knowledge to achieve your professional goals. It facilitates career transformation, and can accelerate and validate a startup idea; on average, nearly half of Capstone Projects are launched and go live to market.
To help you during your 10-month journey, a dedicated team will support you throughout your milestones with around a dozen dedicated workshops on market, customers, strategic options, implementation and with monthly webinars on specific topics. One-to-ones are also available at any time to answer any questions you may have.
