2023 Employment Report Snapshot
Our Class of 2023 MBA graduates joined the prestigious ranks of HEC Paris alumni, made up of nearly 72,000 professionals from 150 countries. 91 percent of the class of 2023 accepted job offers within three months of graduation.
The Class of 2023 is made up of 67 nationalities (95 percent international). They graduated with a global mindset, ready to impact business and society, and to contribute to a more inclusive, prosperous, and sustainable world; 68 percent of our graduates secured positions outside their home countries. In addition, 67 percent switched sectors, 64 percent changed function, and 61 changed location.
A total of 69 percent changed two of the three elements, while 34 percent made the MBA ‘triple jump’ and changed all three. In terms of geography, 59 percent of our graduates accepted jobs in Europe, 11 percent in Asia and Oceania, 13 percent in Africa & Middle East, 9 percent in North America, and 8 percent in Latin America & the Caribbean.
In terms of sectors, Consulting, Technology, and Finance remained the preferred sectors of our graduates.
