France launches €100bn coronavirus recovery plan

In an interview with the Financial Times, HEC Paris finance Professor Augustin Landier says of France's €100bn coronavirus recovery plan, that “the risk of misallocation is high,” complaining of a “fuzziness” in the new plan.
