HEC Paris US Office carries out core values of “responsibility” and “curiosity”
The HEC Paris US Office took part in meaningful events over the past months, showing HEC’s strong commitment to its values of “responsibility” during the Positive Impact Summit and the Climate Fresk Workshop held in BNP Paribas New York office with several Alumni, and “curiosity” in a new Share And Dare panel at Librairie Albertine on 5th Avenue.
On June 3, HEC Paris US Office Executive Director Vincent Muzelle, attended the Positive Impact Summit in New York. On this occasion, he presented to other academic actors the efforts undertaken on the HEC campus in terms of carbon reduction or local food chain, among other initiatives.
Yann Coatanlem, French Economist and author, was interviewed by HEC Alumni NYC Chapter President Anne-Claire Berg, in the latest edition of the Share and Dare with Forward Thinkers talk held at Librairie Albertine on November 28. They discussed his book, Le Capitalisme contre les inégalités (Capitalism against inequalities) and displayed HEC’s attachment to curiosity.
On December 2, the HEC Alumni community in NYC and the HEC US Office organized a Climate Fresk workshop and a presentation by authors of the HEC Alumni biodiversity whitepaper at BNP Paribas Office in NYC. This initiative shows HEC Paris and its community are deeply committed to sustainable development.
