NEW MOOC: Become a changemaker, Build a career with purpose and impact

How can you engage in an impact-oriented work and contribute to the ecological and social transformation of your country? To democratize impact careers around the world, HEC and Ticket for Change are launching a new 100% free MOOC.

“Social, economic and ecological crises are multiplying and threatening our living conditions, as well as the prospect of a better, sustainable future for future generations. Yet the lever of work is underestimated and undervalued in the media, political discourse and social networks. Ticket for Change and HEC Paris share the same conviction: the 80,000 hours we spend working in our lives are a powerful tool for accelerating the social ecological transition." Joséphine Bouchez, Managing Director of Ticket for Change

Driving Action

Today, 83% of French people say that the impact of their work on society and the planet is an important criterion for making a choice, but only 6% are committed to a career with impact.

To turn this desire into action, Ticket for Change and HEC Paris have joined forces to launch a new online MOOC entitled "Become a Changemaker: build a career with purpose and impact"

This free ten-hour training program is available from today in French, English and Spanish. Accessible via the Coursera platform, it is aimed at anyone wishing to make a social or environmental impact through their work, whatever their country or background.

No pre-requisites are required to benefit from this video-based support program, which includes advice from around 30 HEC professors, Ticket for Change experts and international changemakers such as French entrepreneur Emmanuel Faber, young South African activist Almaaz Mudaly, Bolivian entrepreneur Camila Olmedo Mendez and Bulgarian entrepreneur Iva Tsolova, as well as step-by-step exercises to help you build your professional project.

Ticket for Change and HEC Paris hope to create a real tipping point by making their pedagogy accessible to the four corners of the globe.
