This program focuses on all required advanced financial tools and useful technical methodologies to optimize the structuring of a Leveraged Buyout (LBO), when a financial sponsor is in the loop. 

To facilitate understanding of accounting principles, examples based on recent restructurings are provided during this summer program. This enables us to develop skills for future investment bankers and corporate bankers.
