TEC on Campus mentors inspire J24 students
TEC on Campus mentors inspire J24 studentsLast month marked the end of the TEC on Campus program for our January 24 MBA students. TEC is a peer-advisory group that offers students a safe and trusted environment to discuss with peers and mentors about their personal and professional lives, in order to make better decisions. For six months, January 24 students (two groups of 12) embarked on an extraordinary learning journey. Mentors Bernard Bismuth and Thierry Voiriot supported them in the definition of their work-life balance, purpose and life goals.

These students have participated in one-on-one mentorship sessions and group discussions with key speakers from diverse backgrounds, sharing with one another. In these sessions, students discussed life’s “ups and downs” with their peers and shared feedback on topics such as self-awareness, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
The TEC program is open to a limited number of MBAs in September (three groups of 12 students) and in January (two groups of 12 students).Click here to learn more.
Here are some testimonies from our students about their transformative TEC experience:
-----------------
“The TEC program has been incredibly enlightening. Every session has boosted my confidence thanks to the candid and eye-opening conversations we've had with our groups and guest speakers. The one-on-one sessions have provided me with clarity on how I want to lead my life, both professionally and personally, which is the key focus for me during this MBA journey.
I'm very grateful for the opportunity to join TEC and would highly recommend it to future MBA candidates who are naturally curious and looking for inspiration.” – Martin Creixell, MBA ‘25

“Participating in the TEC program has been beneficial for three main reasons:
- I had the opportunity to listen to diverse entrepreneurs and business leaders, learning about the dynamic nature of starting a business and understanding the qualities and skills necessary to be an effective leader.
- Through the one-on-one sessions with Bernard, I received invaluable advice not only on business matters but also on family and personal life, which has been incredibly helpful.
- The group sessions provided numerous opportunities to prepare presentations, allowing me to hone practical skills in public speaking and creating effective presentations.
I am delighted to have participated in the TEC program. Thank you very much for providing me with this wonderful opportunity.” – Shiguma Okawa, MBA ‘25

“My TEC experience laid the foundation for deep and long-term changes in my life. After six months, I have learned a lot about trade-offs, decision-making, and leading from outstanding speakers, my fellow TEC colleagues, and Bernard, my mentor. TEC has helped me sharpen my vision of life, my understanding of who I am, and guided me in my decision for the immediate next step after the MBA.
Furthermore, I truly appreciate Bernard' honesty and sharpness in our one-to-one conversations. Having had a mentor from a French and Tunisian cultural upbringing has enriched my cultural understanding of what drives people and how to foster a climate of collaboration in international settings.” – Chano Casal, MBA ‘25

“TEC gave me the opportunity to open myself to others, to make myself vulnerable and solidify my bonds with my peers. It showed me the humanity, the strength and courage of my classmates. Behind this mask of perfection that we must all wear as MBA students, there are people who have struggled, who are flawed. Once the mask starts to shatter, we discover that after all, even if we come from the fourth corner of the world, we are not so different. This discovery made my entire MBA experience a lot less daunting!
Finally, the opportunity to meet exceptional speakers, connect to them, learn from them, has been one of the most fascinating experiences of my MBA.” – Jean Weil, MBA ‘25
