Andrea Masini, Associate Dean of the MBA program at HEC Paris, explains that the school does not wish to be a "mass producers of MBA graduates". An argument to attract students is the promise of 'personalized' programs, and this is due to many reasons. One of them is to guarantee incredible networking opportunities and exclusive recruitment for the candidates when they finish the program.
At HEC Paris, the number of participants has experienced a 20% growth since 2017, and Latin American students now represent 12% to 15% of the MBA enrolment.
