The student association ESP’R, the Social Business chair and the HEC Paris delegation for equal opportunities present the 3rd edition of the Social and Sustainable Business Forum.
The players in the social and solidarity economy and in social innovation have set the date of the 12 Feb 2015, in the Hall d’Honneur at HEC Paris, for a unique recruitment forum.
The Social & Sustainable Business Forum, is the first recruitment event joining together, on HEC campus, all stakeholders involved in the development of efficient social or environmental solutions. It’s a key place for the mobilization and exchange between students and professionals on the issues of tomorrow.
Students from HEC Paris as well as students from ParisTech member schools will thus have the opportunity to discover the social and solidarity economy (SSE) and the professional opportunities within the sector, with the participation of more than 20 businesses (NGOs, CSR in large companies, social enterprises etc…) who will be there to offer jobs and internships.
Throughout this event, the association ESP’R hopes to give students the possibility to discover innovative careers and jobs and to benefit from the experience of HEC alumni who are involved in this sector.
As part of this forum, the NGO Enactus – which assists students in the implementation of their entrepreneurial social projects – will host a conference on the following theme: “How to build a meaningful professional project?”
In order to offer a thorough experience of the world of social and solidarity economy to students, two conferences will take place before the forum.
- At 8pm on Tuesday 10 February, Chéa Lun (Solidarity Sourcing Manager at L’Oréal) and Bénédicte Faivre Tavignot (Academic Director of the MSc Sustainabily and Social Innovation at HEC Paris) will come to talk about the necessity of sustainable development in business.
- At 8pm on Wednesday 11 February, Jean-Louis Kiehl (President of the Fédération Française des Associations CRESUS), Jean Michel Richard (co-Founder of the association Siel Bleu) and Matthieu Dardaillon (Founder of Ticket4Change) will share their vision on social entrepreneurship, and present the MOOC HEC / Ticket4Change “Become an entrepreneur of change” which will be held in French.
