Program overview
L'Oréal Beauty Tech Atelier is the first beauty startup accelerator run by L'Oréal and HEC Paris Incubateur at Station F. Established in 2018, the program is part of the L'Oréal Group's Digital Open Innovation initiative.
Over six months, this program supports the most promising BeautyTech startups, offering them tailor-made guidance from both HEC Paris and L'Oréal.
The goal is to accelerate international projects that aim to invent the beauty of tomorrow, making it more inclusive, responsible, and transparent.

We want to lead that change, and co-create the future of Beauty tapping into the fantastic creativity and entrepreneurship out there. We want to spot, partner and support startups that can transform the way Beauty brands interact with consumers.
Through our more than 35 cosmetic brands, we seek to establish partnerships with companies worldwide to foster the emergence of a new generation of beauty products, devices, and innovative digital services.
Through our Open Innovation program, L'Oréal Beauty Tech Atelier, we share our expertise in product development, research & innovation, operations, and marketing. We enhance our understanding of new technologies and agility. We forge lasting relationships.
