Diversity and Recruiting Across Geographies – How Diversity & Inclusiveness Dynamics Play out across Regions

This year’s event is titled “Diversity and Recruiting Across Geographies – How Diversity & Inclusiveness Dynamics Play out across Regions” and will be held online on 10 March 2022 at 16:30-19:00. Format style is built around a guest speaker with two panel discussions moderated by students. Our guest speaker and panel discussions will be focusing on recruiting and retaining employees and how diversity and inclusiveness impact approaches across regions.

We are delighted to share that our guest speaker is Ryan Patel and that the panels will host HEC partner companies Atos, Unibail, BNP PARIBAS, L'Oréal, Kering, EY and PwC.

HEC Paris holds an Annual Career Panel Discussion entitled Diversity@Work. The Diversity@Work Series serves as a platform for exceptional companies/practitioners to share their work and further discuss topics relevant to their own workforce’s priorities and topics they care about most, including gender, race, social justice, neurodiversity, women’s health, disability, LGBTQ+ and others. At Diversity@Work, HEC Paris and its partners come together around a theme to exchange through a panel style discussion where students, partner companies and faculty address current challenges and celebrate achievements in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusiveness and Belonging (DEIB) in the work environment.
