HEC Paris Consolidates its Presence in Africa by Appointing a Director for its West and Central African Office
HEC Paris announces the nomination of Alexis John Ahyee, 45 years-old, to the post of Director of the West and Central African Office.
This nomination comes as HEC Paris prepares to inaugurate its first West African office in Abidjan, with the aim of promoting and developing its work in the region, especially in the field of Executive Education.
Alexis holds a DESS in International Business and Logistics from the University of Perpignan, whilst he has also received certificates in Executive Education from Harvard University (2017) and IESE Business School (2012).
Hailing from Benin, the 45-year-old has 20 years of professional experience in marketing, supply chain and human resources management. He started his career in the operations branch of Ecobank, before holding national and regional management posts in multinational organizations, such as British American Tobacco. As part of his entrepreneurial experience, he has also run a number of projects in the retail, advertising and digital sectors.
Before joining HEC Paris in Abidjan, Alexis was Director of Short and Custom Programs and a lecturer in People Management and Leadership at MDE Business School.
