Master of Science (MSc) X-HEC Entrepreneurs: Creation of a Steering Committee Chaired by Patrick Sayer
The Master of Science (MSc) X-HEC Entrepreneurs program has set up a Steering Committee to accompany and structure its development, particularly on an international level. The Steering Committee will be chaired by Patrick Sayer.
Created in 2018, the X-HEC Entrepreneurs program, the result of a partnership between HEC Paris and École Polytechnique, has set up a Steering Committee. This new governance body reflects the ambition of the two institutions to promote the program, an already well-established reference in France, and to accelerate its international scope.
Patrick Sayer, currently President of Augusta, a family-owned investment company, will chair the committee. A graduate of École Polytechnique (Entry Class X1977), of École des Mines de Paris (1980) and of the Financial Analyst Training Center, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Eurazeo. He is also a member of the Jurists Club and a consular judge at the Commercial Court of Paris. He will bring his experience and his vast business knowledge to support the development strategy of the X-HEC Entrepreneurs program, whose ambition is to widely expand internationally in order to become an educational reference for innovative entrepreneurship, and to educate the best entrepreneurs, creators of tomorrow’s unicorn companies.
The X-HEC Entrepreneurs program, stemming from the alliance of two internationally-recognized institutions known for their quality level of teaching, faculty, and research, is a leading program in the field of entrepreneurship through its multidisciplinary approach. It has helped to create more than 500 companies, and has established itself in less than three years as a reference in France in terms of entrepreneurial education.
