HEC Paris ranked #1 in FT European business school rankings
HEC Paris has achieved first place in the 2019 Financial Times’ European Business Schools Rankings. The school climbed one place in the rankings compared to 2018, to top a list of Europe’s most prestigious institutions.
This latest classification is based on schools' position in five main rankings: MBA, Executive MBA, Masters in Management and the two rankings for Executive Education (Customs and Open), and is published each December. The news follows HEC’s achievement in the EMBA classification last month, and consistently high performance across the board in rankings reflecting factors including career progression of alumni, quality of research and faculty and student diversity.
Commenting on this new step, Peter Todd, dean of HEC Paris, said to the Financial Times: “We’re always proud when we get good results and of what we’ve achieved but we’re never satisfied. The market is highly competitive and the competition is only intensifying.” This ranking, which is the result of an enormous amount of work by our teams and our faculty, is an important recognition of HEC Paris’ continuous commitment to being a world leader in teaching and research.
