London Marketing Study Trip 2023

The HEC UK Office organised the first Learning Expedition to London for the Master in Marketing students. The 42 students spent 4 intensive days where they had the opportunity to visit companies, meet with marketing experts, and network with HEC alumni. This Learning Expedition aimed to provide the students with a first-hand experience of the dynamic marketing industry and foster valuable connections with industry professionals.

The Master in Marketing program at HEC Paris is renowned for its commitment to experiential learning, and the London expedition is just one of the many initiatives designed to prepare students for the challenges of the industry. By providing hands-on experiences and facilitating meaningful connections, the program equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.

The students had the opportunity to visit companies across industries with marketing experts. They explored various firms renowned for their creative prowess and unique brand strategies, allowing them to witness first-hand how marketing concepts are translated into tangible successes.

One of the highlights of the expedition was a networking event at the HEC UK House, where the students had the privilege of meeting and engaging with alumni currently working in marketing roles. This exclusive gathering provided an invaluable opportunity for the students to glean advice, exchange ideas, and build professional relationships that may prove instrumental in their future careers. A big thank you to all our HEC alumni for taking the time to share their experience with the students!

The successful Learning Expedition in London marks a significant milestone for the Master in Marketing students. As they graduate shortly thereafter, they bring with them a newfound perspective and a network of contacts that will undoubtedly shape their professional journey.
