S&O Monthly Seminar

At the S&O Institute, we are preparing the new academic year and a very exciting program of monthly research seminars with many remarkable guest speakers, Join us for the first meeting on September 8th.

In the meantime, we are drilled to invite you to our new academic year kick off meeting that we will organize on September 8th from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. in the room T305.

During this 1st session, we have a great pleasure and honor to welcome 2 guest speakers: Daniel HALBHEER, Associate Professor of Marketing at HEC Paris will do a presentation on Business Transparency and more precisely on  "Pricing and Transparency to Conscientious Consumers", followed by questions and answers.

During the 2nd part of the seminar, Hervé STOLOWY, Professor of Accounting and Management Control at HEC Paris will present a paper on a hot topic of
"Competing for Narrative Authority in Capital Markets: Financial Analysts vs. Activist Short Sellers"
