HEC provides a full tuition waiver to all its PhD students without condition of academic background or origin.

Annual Doctoral School registration fees

HEC  Paris delivers the French national diploma «Doctorat ès‐sciences de gestion» (i.e., PhD in Management). Therefore, as an HEC Paris PhD student, you are required to register to our Doctoral School from your third year on:

2024-25

• Registration fee : €391*
• CVEC (Contribution à la Vie Etudiante et de Campus) : €103*

*Subject to change every year.

Note that the CVEC and the Doctoral School fees cannot be covered by a waiver and must be paid by the student every year.
