Program Overview

 

This Specialization will provide an overview of approaches in order to nurture, explore and develop opportunities leading to new business and/or processes within established organization or ventures. Through case discussion and analysis, sharing experience, and team work, participants will develop a better understanding of the conditions required to build and maintain new business, as well as the drivers for successful innovative offers, whether it is within established firms or in new ventures.In Boston, students will attend courses at Babson College and focus on subjects such as growth, innovation in services, ecosystems and platforms, inspiration, etc.
