Executive Master in Management - Change & sustainability

Organizations are currently undergoing profound, rapid and continuous change. Companies are no longer just a source of profit, they are also the focal point of unprecedented environmental, technological, economic, social, and human changes, which they must take into account in order to meet the new requirements of sustainability. This major is aimed at managers and executives who are in charge of transformation projects and who will have to meet the major challenges of the future, manage change, modernize organizations, and reinvent ways to collaborate in order to achieve greater economic, societal, and environmental efficiency.

Executive Master in Management- Strategic management

In your role as a current or future senior manager, learn how to master all the necessary tools to define and implement an original strategy that creates value. Successfully manage its deployment in a volatile and uncertain environment by taking into account all the key stakeholders - customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders and the natural and social environment. Develop your personal leadership skills and galvanize the talent of your teams to innovate by capitalizing on the digital revolution and the challenges of energy transition.

Executive Master in Management - Sustainable leadership in Africa

In order to meet the economic, social and environmental challenges, which are very specific to the African continent, the challenge of this Major is to define the leadership approaches that will lead to sustainable economic innovation and that will have a positive impact on the environment, society and individuals. This program was co-developed with two African academic institutions (UM6P in Morocco and UCT in South Africa). The aim of the Major is to inspire participants with the innovative practices of key stakeholders in Africa, and to apply them in an individual project.

Executive Master In Management - Finance

Corporate finance plays an essential role in organizations, as decisions in this area generally have an impact on strategic orientations, industrial facilities, and human capital. The effort required and the expected results need to be quantified. This high-level program in corporate finance and management control focuses primarily on the value creation process, the financial dimension of strategic decisions, as well as managing and measuring performance.

Executive Master in Management - Marketing & business development

Master the current practices, methods and theoretical foundations of marketing and sales professions, by taking into account their new convergences and differences.New growth, digitalization, the changes in professions and leadership in these areas are the key focus our program. We recruit participants with skills and experiences that are as varied as their personalities in order to offer a diverse and balanced program: practical application and methodological input, professors and experts, active listening and interactive exchanges, group and personal work. Executive Master in Management - general management

Company directors are the representatives of the company they manage, from a moral, legal, and financial point of view. Their role is to develop short, mid, and long-term operating and development strategies. The aim of this Major is to enable specialized managers to broaden their range of skills and adopt a general management approach, by updating their knowledge and acquiring expertise in the areas of their choice.
