The Creative Industries Conference (CIC) seeks to bring together world class scholars from various disciplines and institutions to discuss state of the art research on creative industries.
In 2019, the conference will take place in Station F, Paris, co-hosted by HEC Paris, INSEAD, IESEG School of Management, and ESSEC Business School, on June 21 and 22.
The conference moves among co-hosting institutions and locations. For its first edition, in 2016, and again in 2018, the University of Edinburgh, Cass Business School, and Imperial College Business School co-hosted the event. In 2017, the conference moved to New York City and was co-hosted by NYU - Stern School of Business, Columbia University GSB, and Yale School of Management. In 2020, it will be held in Amsterdam.
This year's edition is organized by Frédéric Godart, HEC Professor of Management & Human Resources, specialized in the dynamics of creative industries, Barbara Slavich (IESEG School of Management), Noah Askin (INSEAD), and Stoyan Sgourev (ESSEC Business School).
HEC professors Christophe Spaenjers, Mitali Banerjee and Frédéric Godart are invited to present their latest research.
