Female Rugby Club (FHR)

FHR is HEC’s female Rugby club, aiming to introduce women to a sport that is currently male dominated. Three training sessions a week and numerous tournaments, this rugby club allows women to engage fully in a sport that is challenging, active and lots of fun.

Society History
The female rugby club (FHR) was created in 2001, meaning there have been 20 generations of teams, which represents a current network of more than 200 motivated rugbywomen. FHR hopes that more and more women will join this vibrant and lively sport team.
The players train three times a week with their two coaches, Florian Guichard (coach of the Espoirs at Racing) and Quentin Soné (physical trainer at Stade Français). Numerous training weekends - in particular at the Marcoussis centre, the French team's training centre - and preparation for tournaments are also organised.
The Mission
FHR wants to engage more women in this thrilling sport. With the supervision and guidance of two professional coaches and a huge family that goes well beyond the boundaries of your time at HEC, students can make unique bonds with fellow teammates and progress together on the field.
The FHR is a team united around traditions and strong values such as high standards, surpassing oneself and generosity!
