Society's history
The first edition of the UNI'Run took place in 2017 and was a great success. The society is one of the youngest at HEC, but it does not lack ambition.
In 2018, the society donated more than €3,000 to the charities Rêve d'Enfance, Cheer Up! and Imagine for Margo, which fight against childhood cancer and lysosomal diseases.
Mission
The aim of the society is to gather as many people as possible to run together and defend a cause that is close to their hearts. The team's goal is to raise as much funds as possible for charities that defend a common cause. It is an enriching experience and a great challenge, both for the members and the participants.
The event
UNI'Run is a 5 or 10 km run (your choice) and takes place in April on the HEC campus. Each year, about 400 participants come together to show their support for people suffering from illnesses.
The whole day is animated by various HEC student societies: the BDE organises activities, HEC Terroirs offers a lunch, the Powmpowms come to warm-up before running and P'tite Binche is here for drinks.
It's a day full of solidarity, sport and fun !
