Going worldwide : 12 new startups are joining the Hectar - HEC Paris accelerator. Among them, 4 are operating outside France.
On Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 May, the 12 start-ups of Hectar Accelerator Season 2 took part in their bootcamp.
Like their predecessors welcomed last February, they are all providing solutions to counter environmental, social and economic challenges and ensure the success of the agricultural transition. But this new edition is also the beginning of the internationalization of the program since 4 companies operate in South Africa and Europe (Vegetal Signals), Australia (Bilberry), Asia (Phagos), Great Britain (Muddy Machines).
These 12 startups were selected by a jury of entrepreneurs, farmers, researchers, investors and of course the 4 partners of the accelerator: Naturalia, Parfums Christian Dior, Sucden Ventures and Timac Agro France.
They will benefit from the entire ecosystem developed by Hectar and the HEC Paris Incubator. The goal is to support 80 startups in 2 years to become the reference in Agri Tech, Food Tech and Regenerative Agriculture.
