Starting January 2025, HEC Paris Business School will offer a new format of its MBA program enabling participants to enroll in an MBA program for 12 months instead of the usual 16 months. It is aimed at professionals who want to return to work sooner.
In order to address the growing demand for more flexibility, HEC Paris Business School is launching a new, accelerated, more condensed 12-month option available from January 2025 for participants in the January intakes, who are looking for a shorter MBA.
Just like the usual 16-month program, the 12-month MBA provides:
- World-class faculty and curriculum
- A choice of 7 specializations: Strategy Marketing, Strategy, Data and AI for Business Transformation, Advanced Management, Sustainable and Disruptive Innovation, Finance and Entrepreneurship
- Global networking opportunities
- Personalized career development
- Access to HEC Paris's alumni network with more than 80,000 people in 152 countries
The 12-month option will offer a narrower range of customization and will entail five Intensive Courses spread in 3-day blocks, four times a year. These courses address professional and industry specific skills and cover a large scope of topics, from blockchain and fundraising to leadership and investing.
These Intensive Courses will be held on campus in Jouy-en-Josas or at the HEC UK Alumni House in London.
Brad Harris, Associate Dean of MBA Programs at HEC Paris, says: “We’re thrilled to formally announce the 12-month MBA option. Our MBA program has always been one that prioritizes quality alongside student choice and flexibility, and this new offering stays true to those aims. We quietly tested this option for several cycles and are confident that we can deliver a transformative experience in a way that aligns with prospective students’ goals as well as the expectations of organizations seeking to sponsor high-potential talents. We’ll continue to innovate our curriculum and programs to fulfill our purpose of building leaders with the character, competence, and courage to change the world.”
The 12-month MBA program tuition fees amount to 98,000 euros in total, which is the same price as the 16-month path. Applications are now open for the January 2025 intake.
