An eventful end of 2019
To mark the end of 2019, the HEC Foundation wished to thank its closest supporters by organizing two events in exceptional venues; one at the Salons France Amériques for the members of our Donor Clubs and another at the Musée Marmottant Monet for our Grand Donors.
The success of these events is a sign of trust not only in the school, but also in the action of the HEC Foundation, for which we would like to thank all our donors once again.
This significant engagement is a genuine motivation to work together in pursuit of the high ambitions we have set ourselves in the framework of the Impact Tomorrow campaign.
It is thanks to the aid of our donors and their ongoing commitment that we are able to provide solid, long-term support to HEC Paris, at a strategic moment in its history.
Olivier Sevillia (MBA 90), President of the HEC Foundation, Delphine Colson (H.94), Executive Director of the HEC Foundation and the entire Foundation team were delighted to share these two evenings with the donors.
Huge thanks go to Hélène Bermond, Delegate for Equal Opportunities at HEC Paris; Rodolphe Durand, professor at HEC Paris, the ‘Joly Family Chair in Purposeful Leadership’ chair and founder and academic director of the Society & Organizations Center (S&O Center), and Antoine Leprêtre, Director of the HEC incubator, in addition to the members of the Board of Directors for their presence at these events.
The events provided a wonderful opportunity for close discussions with donors on the news and strategic projects of the School.
Peter Todd, Dean of HEC, also had the chance to share the recent achievements of HEC Paris, in particular its rankings, to provide an insight into the four key focuses of the campaign and to reiterate the School’s firm commitment to equal opportunities and integration. The decisive importance of our donors’ support for HEC, in the current context of reduced public subsidies and the rise in the School's own resources, was also highlighted.
