Management et Ressources Humaines
Les professeurs et doctorants du département Management et ressources humaines étudient un large éventail de sujets concernant la théorie des organisations, le comportement organisationnel, la gestion des ressources humaines, les activités interculturelles et internationales, la responsabilité sociale des entreprises, la gestion philanthropique et la cognition managériale. Leurs recherches sont publiées dans les principales revues de gestion, de psychologie et de sociologie.
Le département comprend 17 professeurs et 6 doctorants.
La diversité des approches théoriques et empiriques du corps professoral est une caractéristique de l’esprit de recherche du département.
Les membres du département jouent un rôle actif dans l’enseignement de plusieurs sujets au sein des divers programmes d’HEC Paris : le leadership, la conception des organisations, le changement et le développement organisationnel, les négociations, les réseaux sociaux, l’action sociale, l’éthique et le commerce international.
Le département entretient également des liens étroits avec les milieux d’affaires nationaux et internationaux à travers des projets de recherche, du conseil, du coaching, des participations aux conseils d’administration et de multiples interventions dans la presse.
