Program overview
The aim of this Certificate program is to enable each participant to analyze the financial performance (both past and future) of a company and to understand and implement corporate valuation techniques.

Finance d'entreprise
The program is aimed at:
Executives working in banks and financial institutions, entrepreneurs and company managers, management controllers, treasurers, risk managers, auditors, chartered accountants, and lawyers.
Prerequisites: a minimum level of knowledge in accounting, especially in the various accounting statements of the company, is required for this certificate.
Objectives
Conduct a relevant financial diagnosis on a company
Understand and implement the main criteria for investment choices
Analyze and form a judgment on a business plan
Understand, implement, and compare different valuation methods
Differentiate between market value and the price of an asset
Understand the financing mechanisms of a company and the importance of a financial policy.
Carry out a capital increase or fundraising.
Master the process of mergers and acquisitions or leveraged buyouts (LBO)
Learning methods and evaluations
The teaching team is composed of experienced corporate finance practitioners and HEC Paris Affiliate Professors, which enables the participants to benefit from high-level technical and pedagogical expertise. Practical case studies and teamwork ensure both individual and collective progress and the achievement of the learning objectives. To apply everything they have learned during the Certificate program, participants prepare a strategic and financial analysis of a company of their choice with the supervision of a dedicated tutor.
