Both employees and jobseekers are eligible for the CPF. Employees can choose to take a certificate course by using their available DIF hours within the CPF.

Whether you submit an outside working hours or a working hours request (authorization to be granted by employer), you must apply online at MON COMPTE FORMATION. 

Check your account to see how many hours may be funded by your CPF. You can accumulate up to 150 CPF hours. DIF hours acquired up to 31/12/2014 can be used until 31/12/2020.  Your CPF hours can be contributed by:
- you
- your employer
- your OPCA

It is advisable to submit an CPF request as soon as you have been admitted to a program. You can make the CPF request independently without asking for the authorization of your company for training programs outside working hours or make the request in conjunction with the HR department of your company. Jobseekers have to make the request via Pôle Emploi or a CEP (Professional Development Advisor).

The PP is designed for company initiated career development projects. The company manages all the administrative procedures with the relevant OPCA. 
Employees are informed of terms and conditions during presentations in lecture halls.

- RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications)

All company employees are eligible. The training plan is open to all company employees and is based on the training needs expressed by employees during their annual appraisals.
