Financial analysis aims to diagnose the past to understand the present and attempt to forecast the future. The objective of this first course is to provide a clear, simple, and effective methodology for conducting financial analyses independently and making relevant diagnoses of companies' financial situations.
The goal of this course is to present the main methods of valuing a company, the complex aspects they entail, how they can be combined, and what their potentially different results can tell us about the company's situation.
Now that you have a clear understanding of the company's situation and its value, thanks to financial analysis and valuation, you are equipped to participate in financial decision-making within the company.
