Objectives
Analyze key elements of financial performance by examining financial documents
Translate development projects into a business plan, using financial investment criteria and considering financial costs and risks to optimize the choice of necessary funding
Master essential financial elements in terms of company valuation and financing
Establish a financial policy consistent with the organization's strategy
Program
Key accounting principles, financial stability, cash flow statements, measurement of financial performance, social accounts, consolidated accounts, IFRS.
Developing and presenting a business plan: Investment decision and financing policy Financial forecasts, investment profitability criteria (NPV, IRR, payback period), cost of financing the company, creating financial value, risk management
Understanding the different financing tools for the company (Different types of financial debt, capital increases)
Establish a financial diagnosis for the evaluation of a company. Implement different valuation methods.
Learning methods
Training in preparing financial decisions through case studies, simulations, and exchanges with experienced finance practitioners.
Online tutoring is offered after face-to-face sessions to consolidate knowledge.
