In addition to the financial dimension of performance, the program integrates the extra-financial aspects by focusing on ESG criteria, impact measurement and risk management.

EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATE MUST MANAGEMENT D’UNE UNITÉ STRATÉGIQUE
This program will enable current and future directors and board members to master all the necessary tools to define and implement the strategy of their Business Unit.
EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATE FINANCE D’ENTREPRISE
The aim of this Certificate program is to enable each participant to analyze the financial performance (both past and future) of a company and to understand and implement corporate valuation techniques.
Learning methods
The learning methods revolve around the academic content taught at HEC Paris, the observation of the best practices of international companies, as well as the testimonials of the participants and their own professional experiences. The confrontation of these different perspectives enables participants to take a step back, broaden their horizons and learn from each other.
This certificate is completed by a performance improvement action project, which is directly applicable to the participant's company. This is an individual project that will be presented to a jury. The participants will have a complete toolbox to pilot performance at their disposal.
