Bien-être au travail Bien-être au travail

Program Overview

Burnout, boreout, psychological suffering... so many "ills" that disrupt relationships in the workplace, which have been compounded by unprecedented periods of lockdown and enforced remote working.

Human Resources Managers are called upon to prevent these risks and their impact on the health of employees and the performance of the company. During this one-day program our goal is to focus on the link between the quality of work and the quality of life at work, fulfillment and purpose, motivation, and commitment.

We will also reflect on the managerial, individual, and collective responsibility of the different stakeholders and on practical ways to improve the quality of life at work. By capitalizing on human and social sciences and research, we will identify the levers that reconcile well-being in the workplace and the imperatives of sustainable performance in organizations
