Le futur du travail Le futur du travail
Program overview
While the evolution of work is nothing new, the Covid-19 health crisis, the urgency of environmental issues and the irruption of artificial intelligence are all contributing to an unprecedented acceleration of the transformations of work over the course of the next few years. The relationship between employer and employee is itself directly impacted by the fundamental movements currently driving society.
The relationship to work has profoundly changed since the pandemic, with new aspirations among young people a demand for a better balance between professional and personal life, but above all an expectation of meaning that demands consistency between what companies say and what they do.
To face up to these formidable challenges and new opportunities, we offer to support senior managers of public and private organizations with an executive training program that is unique in its dual objective:
- anticipate the environmental, economic, societal and technological disruptions that are shaping the future of work and which have a profound impact on organizations and management practices;
- design solutions that enable a revolution in managerial practices based on trust, and and new organizational models to face these new challenges, to attract and retain talent, and to create a new social contract.
