Le leadership éthique Le leadership éthique

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The implementation of an ethics and compliance program is the tool, the lever, that is becoming more and more widely used to support and facilitate the alignment of behaviors within the company. When taken on, built and led by senior management, this type of program strengthens teams' confidence in leadership, stimulating commitment and, consequently, the creation of sustainable value.

It is therefore fundamental to develop one's ability to lead and inspire individual behavior within the framework of ́a collective project founded not only on ambitions but also on shared values, principles and rules.

Pedagogy

This programme offers participants a two-day itinerary combining phases of information, individual and collective reflection, group work and role-playing, followed by debriefing and conclusions.

By presenting a number of cases inspired by real events, the working sessions will enable them to reflect in greater depth on their conception of ethical management and to confront decision-making in situations where ethics and compliance are dimensions to be taken into account in the same way as value creation and the achievement of short- or longer-term objectives.
