The most effective dispersed teams share several key success factors, whether they work in the corporate world, in space exploration, in the special forces of the armed forces, etc. Any manager faced with geographical dispersion needs to be aware of these factors to save time and increase efficiency, especially the human aspects, which are essential to their success.
This program is highly valuable for any leader/manager wishing to enhance the performance of their dispersed teams, particularly in hybrid mode, by integrating human dimensions and taking a step back from themselves.
