Women leadership program Women leadership program
Program Overview
Women leaders drive performance. They drive business impact. And they do so by providing a diverse, innovative, differentiated approach to existing challenges and opportunities.
Having impact means navigating the organisational challenges that create additional challenges for women as they more into senior executive roles. In addition, female executives based internationally or who lead worldwide teams encounter specific dynamics and environments.
“Women Leadership” is an executive education program curated for women who have experience of leadership and want to move to the next level in their organisations. The program is designed to be highly interactive and participative, thereby enabling women to develop strategies to strengthen their leadership capability and hone their skills in leading high-performing teams and organisations. The program is designed around the “Take the Lead” leadership canvas, providing a foundation from which women can assess their strengths as they build their leadership journeys.
