More often than not, strategies do not fail due to a lack of relevance, but because they are not implemented effectively. The aim of this certificate is therefore to ensure that you possess and implement the management practices and steering tools that will enable you to execute your Business Unit strategy successfully.

Managers and leaders who need to lead their business unit with an entrepreneurial approach, in both the countries where they are based and in the different international locations where they operate.

Steering and managing performance
The tools to monitor activity and results (VMRP methods, Balance Scorecard, Activity Based Management, Target Costing
A choice of two electives from more than ten options, and representing 4 days of training
Business Game: based on redefining the notion of a business model, and roleplaying leading a strategic business unit in an interactive competitive environment. This game is a strategy and management simulation that integrates all the major challenges facing an international company.

The program has three key features: a cross-functional and non-functional approach, learning based on methodological input and group work to facilitate the acquisition of the concepts, and active participation to facilitate the exchange of experience.
