The program is aimed at:
Managers with responsibilities in the marketing, communication and sales professions and wishing to integrate new methods to implement customer-centric strategies effectively.

The GEMM program and its specialized major
The program is composed of 3 Executive Certificates and a professional thesis:
- MUST Management d’une Unité Stratégique (common certificate for all GEMM Majors)
- Marketing & Digital
- Business development
Writing and defending a professional thesis, with the support of an HEC Paris tutor, concludes the program.
Exclusive feature of the major :
To apply everything they have learned during the program, participants develop professional action plans, related to their activity, which are supervised by an HEC Paris Professor.
This program consists of 4 separate blocks of skills. It is possible to validate the blocks separately. There are no gateways, equivalents, or training paths towards other HEC Paris programs and others institutions.
