Program Overview

 

In order to meet the economic, social and environmental challenges, which are very specific to the African continent, the challenge of this Major is to define the leadership approaches that will lead to sustainable economic innovation and that will have a positive impact on the environment, society and individuals.

This program was co-developed with two African academic institutions (UM6P in Morocco and UCT in South Africa). The aim of the Major is to inspire participants with the innovative practices of key stakeholders in Africa, and to apply them in an individual project.

THE GEMM PROGRAM AND ITS SPECIALIZED MAJOR

 

The program is composed of 2 Executive Certificates and a professional thesis:

Writing and defending a professional thesis, with the support of an HEC Paris tutor, concludes the program.

Exclusive feature of the Major : 

The modules of this unique itinerant program are taught in French and English and are run in five different countries.

Objectives

 

Develop leadership that carries meaning and performance and prepare for the challenges of the continent


Anticipate geopolitical, economic, technological, environmental, social and societal changes and build appropriate strategies


Develop an innovative and efficient economic model at the economic, social and environmental level


Interact with different stakeholders and create bridges between African territories and other continents
