Objectives

Take proactive action on an organization to innovate by drawing inspiration from entrepreneurship and the digitization of the economy

Enhance leadership style within the organization, develop influence, and energize teams around shared personal and collective purposes

Develop and implement a responsible medium to long-term vision in a volatile and uncertain environment

PROGRAM

Composed of 3 modules

Managers should be more inspired by the methods used by successful start-ups. This module analyzes how entrepreneurs operate in order to draw lessons and to enable managers and leaders to appropriate the entrepreneurial methods that will make their structures true learning organizations that create value.

There are two main focuses: you as a leader and the leader in interaction, both of which revolve around the central question of meaning and purpose. Several key notions will be addressed: knowing yourself, managing time resources, decision-making and managing conflict, developing your personal impact, public speaking, and awakening emotional intelligence and sensitivity.

In order to be agile and resilient in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world, leaders need to share an original long-term vision, which integrates geopolitical changes, ethical issues, change management, new business models, digitalization, economic transformations, and of course the challenges of energy transition.
