Program overview
In a rapidly changing professional world, managers must develop human and strategic skills to address societal and organizational challenges.
This training enables managers and leaders to acquire coaching tools applied to management, practice as manager-coaches, and strengthen their managerial identity.
Manager Coach
The program is aimed at:
- Hierarchical and functional managers with at least 5 years of managerial experience
- Managers of managers
- Executives seeking to deepen their manager-coach practices and to reflect on and strengthen their managerial identity

Academic direction
LEARNING & EVALUATION METHODS
An original experiential teaching method that integrates various learning levers: Experimentation is at the heart of the teaching, with participants training in executive coaching scenarios. Conceptual contributions are presented using participatory practices to accelerate understanding. Numerous practical training sessions are conducted in “aquarium” or sub-group formats.
ASSESSMENT METHODS:
- Individual written assignment: a summary paper on managerial identity
- Knowledge assessment
- Practical exam: a coaching session
